Managing Change – Providing experienced insights and professional assistance with transitions due to mergers, downsizing, new leadership or other organizational changes. Workshop and course development in topics such as Leadership, Governance, Team Development, Conflict Management, Communicating Through Change, Building Resiliency, Rebuilding Trust and Interest-Based Problem Solving.  

LEADERSHIP & PERSONAL COACHING

Individual and group coaching. Supporting stakeholders in developing skills and approaches for identifying and achieving specific personal, organizational and agreement related goals.  

NEGOTIATION, CONCILIATION & MEDIATION

Acting as negotiator for a stakeholder in developing the terms of an agreement or in resolving problems or disputes arising from a specific arrangement. Bringing parties together in a formal or informal manner, to discuss and resolve issues between them. Formal, systematic mediation of negotiations, problem-solving or dispute resolution. One-on-one, multi-party, company-to-company, government-to-government, work teams, communities, negotiations, disputes, insurance claims, facilitation for collaborative law.  

INTEREST-BASED NEGOTIATION & PROBLEM SOLVING

Supplementing or replacing rights-based or positional bargaining with an Interest-Based framework, effective in examining and incorporating mutual and diverse interests in developing appropriate and sustainable solutions and agreements.  

ARBITRATION & ADJUDICATION

Hearing from parties in dispute, and determining awards where those involved need help deciding or where required by law or contract.
